Pre-emergent weed herbicides

Hi all so I have a patch of soil between me and my neighbors yard that grows weed like wildfire. My boyfriend and I were just pulling these weeds and spraying Orthoclear a few weeks ago and much of it has already grown back. I happen to live in a flood zone so I think the environment is also breeding these weeds tenfold. I decided it's time to start applying a herbicide that can keep these weeds at bay and significantly more manageable for a longer period of time. I am stuck between Snapshot 2.5 or Barricade weed control (granules). As a single mom homeowner I just need a little help on how to get these darn weeds from taking over my property. Open to your thoughts on these products and any suggestions. I believe the sq. footage I am trying to manage is around 150-200. Thanks guys.
