test sodimm ram on am5(will it works?)

Hello, quick question.

I want to test some DDR4 SO-DIMM RAM modules, but my laptop is dead (CPU failure).

I heard that SO-DIMM memory may not work properly on the AM5 platform. Would it work if I bought a SO-DIMM-to-DIMM adapter from AliExpress and used it for testing?

It would only be a temporary setup before I sell the RAM. [I have r5 3600 with B450 MSI board]
