Ice show reservations

We are sailing on the wonder of the seas next week in a sky level suite. I did not realize you have to reserve seats for the ice skating show in advance and they are now sold out in the app. Can the concierge reserve seats for us? Or do we have to go and wait on line in hopes we get a seat?
