GPS/spotify options?

I have tried to google this without many results..and I figured you all would have some creative ideas. I hope this is allowed as I am not switching completely to a dumb phone.

I did 1.5yrs on the Light Phone (and loved it), but then I moved to a new country and needed a smartphone for the transition. I am now leaving apple again and purchasing another e-ink phone, but this time it is an e-ink smart phone (Bigme Hibreak).

My issue is that I got really reliant on Apple Play and dont want to say goodbye to Spotify or google maps. Apparently the Bigme phone doesn't have a very functioning android auto.

I'd really like a device uses my cars screen already as it's a new car and we bought it with this functionality in mind. Ideally something that has music capabilities also would be great. Does something like this exist? What workarounds are you all doing?

If it helps I live in europe.
