Are my charges to high?

When someone asks me for consultation I literally pour my energy into it, explain them everything and give them remedies too, all this takes 2 hours. I charge ₹501 for such in depth readings and people flock to my DMs on reddit and expect me to tell them all this for free. I mean seriously! Free!! Some even bargain with me, but atleast think about my efforts. I get replies like "Think about me I am a 25 y/o unemployed woman" "I don't have money, I am a student" "This is so expensive, 101 mein kardo please"

I don't know how to react to them, but just think, when we go to a store ,do we expect to get goods for free just because we are an unemployed person or a student or anything else? No right? Then how do you expect someone (me) to give you free services? Even I wanna earn and get compensated for my hardwork.
