Jio 5G not Activated

I ported my number from Vi to Jio 4 days ago and converted it to eSIM on the same day. (iPhone 17)

Everything else is working fine, but Jio 5G is still not active. Customer care told me that 5G activation can take up to 4 while someone says it will take 4 days after porting and that I should wait.

Has anyone else experienced this after MNP or eSIM conversion?
Did your 5G start working automatically after a few days, or did you have to contact support again?
