The Fisherman by John Langan is a book for King lovers

If you are a big King reader and want a break, constant reader, then this book is for you. I’m basically half way through it and can’t tell you enough how much I enjoy it for the same reasons I enjoy King’s true horror novels. It’s a cosmic horror with lovecraftian elements. I’ve read some reviews saying it’s slow but…it’s less than 300 pages so those reviewers must have never read king? It’s not slow. Look into it. It’s won some horror awards I believe. Give it a try if you are looking for something!
