Clogged Toilet

Currently flying across the ocean when a loud high-pitched screeching sound started at the rear of the cabin near the tail of the plane. Took a few minutes for it to stop. Flight attendant said someone stuffed a whole roll of TP in the toilet and caused it to get stuck trying to suck it down. If I understand correctly, part of the suction is from the pressure differential between inside and outside. Is this a dangerous occurrence in any way?
