Best way to take it?

I have one caps of ketamine powder from one year ago. It is still very white. I never touched it. Should it be good still?
What is the best road of administration if I don’t want to snort it? One guy I met had kind of paste that he put in the gencive and let it melt that way was the best one I have seen its called trokie but I don’t have trokie so what should I do ?
