Flake Soil Indicator?

Hiii, first time making flake soil! I need some help in determining if its ready

Currently, its mid-dark brown with an earthy yet faintly sweet smell

^ i heard that its ready when it smells earthy and gets dark in color, im not sure if this is the inbetween stage or isit done 😬

90% - Apple wood pellets (soaked and crumbled)

10% - EM Bokashi Powder (EM1 liquid , molasses, rice bran and sawdust) (EM1 - Lactic acid bacteria, yeast and phototrophic bacteria)

Start Date: 5 May

Room Temp: 28-32 degree celsius
