anki cards during uworld phase?

i didn't really follow the "unsuspend specific chapters" during my content review as i'd have over 300 new cards a day since i'd do chapters from multiple topics, so i finish content review this week but am only 20% done with anking. is it ok to continue anking during doing uworld (4 weeks) and aamc (6 weeks after that)?
