Campaign aid

Hello all I am pretty new to dming having only done one smaller campaign. I am wanting and currently building a campaign that is going to be semi military the world being a mix of Warcraft and lord of the rings inspired. I’m just looking for any advice in general or even if anyone knows of a book or module that I could use for some scaffolding of creating this world. Thanks
