Preoccupied flat required

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm a 21M looking for a pre-occupied flat (male-only) or a good PG in South Delhi — preferably in Chattarpur or nearby (like Satbari and Saket)

Non-negotiables for flat:

• Individual room

• AC

• Attached washroom

• Furnished / Semi Furnished

For PG:

• Single occupancy room

• AC

• Attached or at least clean shared washroom

A little about me:

I'm a student who values personal space and privacy, but I'm also friendly, chill, and easy to live with. I do occasionally host friends, so I'd prefer a space that's comfortable with that 🙂

💰 Budget: Around ₹11-12k (slightly negotiable)

📅 Move in: Mid July (around 22-23 July)

If you have any leads or know someone, please DM me — would really appreciate it 🤍
