Help with EW Platinum Visa timeline, what to expect during card delivery

Hi, I applied for an EastWest Platinum Visa last June 1 via their website/chatbot. Entered my info and did that selfie video on their FB messenger.

Fast forward to June 15, haven't heard anything so I went to the chatbot again to get an update. Turns out, I got approved already and it provided a reference number. I called EW CS at 632-8888-1700 and used the Platinum line to get in touch with a CS rep quickly enough. Here's the timeline she provided:

• June 1: Applied
• June 2: Approved
• June 5: Gave to courier
• Present day: nothing yet

So no emails, no text messages congratulating me on the card approval, no mention of any courier or anything. Some more info I got from the CS rep:

• They don't know the courier, tracking number, where they are now, or if they attempted any delivery yet.
• They can't provide the last 4 digits of the card so I can activate the virtual card and use it online.
• They confirmed that the card is an EW Platinum Visa with 200k unsecured.
• They confirmed that the card is not yet activated and no purchases have been made so far (I was trying to rule out the card being intercepted during delivery lol).
• They said I can only activate the virtual card if the bank sends its automated message.
• I double-checked my mobile number, full name, address, email on their records; all correct, ruling out a wrong delivery scenario or a "scammer replaced my info with theirs" scenario.

Can anyone share their timeline? Do I just keep waiting for a text/call/email or will the courier just randomly arrive at my address without prior notice? I can't contact them, I don't know where they are, I don't know any tracking numbers. I'm not in Manila so it's 13 banking days max, and that would be this Friday. Not sure what I'll be doing next week.

Sorry if I sound paranoid, I guess them approving my application for an unsecured card when I have zero accounts in their banks is making me feel like it's a too good to be true scenario lol.
