My ascension crest is broken

So I’m in gold rn and when I’m in lobby it shows that I’m gold, but the second I step into a match, it shows that I’m rookie. Turning the crest in and off doesn’t work and trying it with a diff legend also doesn’t work. Btw Ranked is over for this split so why haven’t I gotten my badge for being gold?
