Construction management advice

Hi everyone, my son is considering moving to Australia to study a Bachelor’s in Construction Management and I would just like some clarity on how the job market is currently. He’s formulated a plan where from his second year he’s going to do cadetships and it seems,s lovely however I’m rather concerned post graduation. He doesn’t intend on getting pr but still wants to maximize his chances of employment. So how is the market currently? How is the earning potential and how open are employers willing to employ an international students?

Any Advice and Guidance on the matter is heavily appreciated and please feel free to even share any difficulties that might arise that I haven’t mentioned thanks 🙏
