Can’t stop thinking about cheating

I’m a 42 yr m married that can’t stop thinking about cheating but at the same time can’t talk myself into it. I see women look me up and down but at the same time can’t read them. I feel like Sheldon most of the time and can’t read if they want me or just a simple look. I masterbate so much thinking about it but think my distrust in people is just overwhelming. Worse case scenarios go through my mind.
