Can someone please help me find the ID of this Techno track

Looking for the name of this Joey Beltram Energy Flash remix that I heard on soundcloud . I found it "here" in this techno mix at 6:27. I looked everywhere and cant find the exact remix and I dont think its from the person who uploaded it because this mix is a bunch of different popular tracks and he doesn't have anything else like this uploaded.

Also I tried posting this in techno sub reddit but I needed to like interact with the community or something before I could post and this is urgent. They also have a thread for finding the id of songs but its inactive and nobody helps.
