My friend is Bad Optics™ help

I'm a transsexual, going for phallo, and I have a friend who says he is a trans man, but he's more nonbinary in my eyes. He doesn't bind cause he doesn't care, he low doses T so he doesn't get too much body hair, and he posts truly painfully cringe videos on tiktok of him in underwear and cat ears to sell his onlyfans. I was talking to him one time about how sometimes I feel second hand dysphoria from him like when he talked around my friends about how he gets off with a vibrator. And said I wouldn't want anyone who knows I'm trans to think of me that way by association and he does "well everyone already knows you have a v*gina." Wow, thanks. Im at the point where I can't stand to be around him. He's a nice guy but the second hand dysphoria is strong and I feel his is ruining my optics. Last time I saw him I asked "how are you" and he said he just went for a pap smear and felt no dysphoria about it. The problem is he regularly attends my social circle's events and things and it would be hard to rescind his open invitations.
