M57 starter contact to flywheel

Hey, i freshly rebuild my M57. New oem bearings timing etc. When im installing the refurbished TC and turning around the engine, heard the starter contacting the flywheel. After that i put 2 shims under the starter. The sound is gone. Now the engine is started and in idle hearing strange noise from the trans bell. I think the starter is contacted again to the flywheel. Anyone can have some ideas?.. Thanks.
