Add alternative/modifications to exercises

🗣️ Feedback

Hello

Newby here and learning how to navigate this app. I appreciate the tutorials and having them at times is a lifesaver. I would ask for alternatives though for some exercises especially for new peeps and/or those with some mobility issues (i.e. getting old?). For example, the lateral raises show a lift with arms directly in line with your body, though most lift with their arms at 20-30 degree angle in front of them. I believe this helps with shoulder impingement. The same for shoulder presses. The machine in the tutorial as well as at the gym has two types of handles - knuckles forward or knuckles in. However the tutorial only shows the knuckles forward. I'm modifying it myself after trial and error, but it would have been nice to have this already given.

I also would like to know what level the exercise is considered, i.e. beginner, intermediate, expert. An app I used a few years ago had this and it was helpful for me to introduce myself to an exercise without hurting myself.

I also like the idea of taking a picture of a machine and having the AI give selections based on the machine.

And supersets - the app should indicate which two exercises are a good choice for a superset. I didn't even know what a superset was until this app so I have no idea how to properly create one without looking it up. Also, sometimes it's difficult to create the superset due to my gym's layout and availability. This could change during the workout because bros are hogging the machines.

That's my two cents.

I love the responsiveness of this subreddit as well as the app and have enjoyed the blogs.

Thank you!
