Is taking 4 courses instead of 5 bad for med-school admissions?

What the title says ^

Going into my 2nd year at McMaster and was hoping to take 4 courses instead of the typical 5. I am still on track getting all my units complete because I am taking 1 summer class right now!

Would med schools not like that ?
