Bankruptcy Fee Question

I am in the beginning process of filing bankruptcy. I had a free consultation with a lawyer and he said I would be a Chapter 7. Now, the lawyer wants 1,500 before filing and then when everything is completed than an additional 1,000.

My question is, can I pull from my 401K to pay my attorney fees ? It would essentially be a loan because I would pay it back pretax from my paychecks. I am actively working.
