Wearing a watch to F2F?

Hi all! Wondering if it's recommended to wear a watch and a belt to the F2F? I am a woman, if that matters. I have a dark grey pantsuit and black shoes. I'm not much of a jewelry wearer in general (my ears aren't even pierced), so I plan on just wearing my wedding rings and a pearl necklace.

I heard somewhere that FAs were required to wear watches, so that we should wear one. I only own an apple watch, so I may need to find a nicer-looking watch if this is the case. Thank you!!!
