A 19.1 mile journey normally taking 32 minutes in good weather, but taking her about 37 minutes that particular evening including a brief stop at the Atwoods driveway.

She pulls over to allow police SUV 001 with blues on to pass for the first time on Swiftwater Road, just past the Cottage Hospital, only 1.3miles from her office at a time no later than 7:20pm …

… at least 7 minutes **BEFORE** Faith Westman's 7:27pm 911 call had even been made; and 9 minutes **BEFORE** Cecil Smith was logged as en route.

She was then passed by 001 a second time at the intersection of Goose Lane and NH-112 at about 7:30pm …

… about 3 minutes **AFTER** the 911 call had been placed and 1 minute **AFTER** Officer Cecil Smith had been dispatched.

She then passed police SUV 001 parked nose-to-noise at the accident scene at about 7:35pm ….

… verified by Faith Westman in her very first interview (with Fred) days after the accident, when she informed him police arrived only 6 to 7 minutes after the crash

**And the most SIGNIFICANT thing of all, is that after watching the whole scene play out from her window, the Westmans ceased watching entirely once the police had arrived …**

**… which is exactly why the Westmans wouldn’t have been able to distinguish whether two different police stops at the accident scene had in fact taken place.**
