Looking for a headlamp for climbing outside

Hello, I’m looking for a headlamp that gets around 3 hours at medium brightness that charges via USB-C. I don’t need the light to get super bright, just good enough to walk around and not trip. Looking to spend around $50 but willing to spend more for good battery life.

I want a wide light for periphery of what I’m looking at but a spot light too so I could focus directly looking at.

The Black Diamond Spot 400-R looks pricey for what it is but it looks like the Sofirn HS21 doesn’t last very long for what I need it for.
