Hi everyone. I am a 21-year-old Muslim girl living in Italy. Lately, I have been feeling incredibly isolated and I feel like I am falling into a deep depression, so I am posting here hoping to find some true female friends to talk to and share meaningful connections with.

To tell you a little bit about who I am and what I love: I love sitting on a chair, curled up, looking out the window on a summer night with a bit of fresh air entering the room, making a little rustle in the silence of my mind. I love flowers—daisies were my very first friends—and I wish I could put them in a frame or a jar. I love running barefoot by the sea, kissing my sister’s soft cheeks, baking cakes or cookies, playing the piano, and I love Van Gogh, paintings, books, words, and nature. I also love making children happy; honestly, I just want to make everyone happy. And as a fun contradiction, I also love playing Call of Duty!
