I have a serious question and would really appreciate hones

I have finished going through the material once, and I have done around 800ish MBE questions so far. My average is around 68%ish, but I have not started essays yet, and now I am starting to feel very anxious.

When I think about certain topics, like damages or mortgages, I suddenly feel blank, even though I know I studied them before. I am worried that I do not remember enough and I am not sure how to structure my final month of studying.

I am using Themis and Adaptibar, and I know I need to start focusing seriously on essays now. At the same time, I do not want my MBE score to go down while shifting more time toward essays.

For past takers, how did you balance MBE practice and essay practice during the final month? How did you keep your MBE score steady while also improving essays and memorization? What helped you review, memorize, and improve without feeling overwhelmed?

For current takers, what is your plan for the final month, especially for balancing MBE, MEE, and review?

I would appreciate anything!
