Fidelity USD => AIB, cheapest way

So I am selling stock in Fidelity but I see that I will get poor FX fees if I transfer USD direct to AIB.

I tried going direct to Revoult but Fidelity will only let me transfer to a US bank account first and then onwards.

I have looked into WISE and others for this but I am not sure.

It seems if I upgrade to revoult premium I can get free FX Mon-Fri.

Anyone have any experience in doing this as Ai is saying I could lose a lot by going direct to AIB. Also is there limits on any of this ?

Appreciate any first hand accounts in doing this.
