Cosmetic Reset Hours

Are we sure cosmetic hours were allocated correctly for these weeks, weeks 28,29,30? Doesn’t seem like they were, are they supposed to be baked into the standard demand or are they under the blue rows under myreports because I’m not seeing either. It’s almost like we were decreased by the amount of hours we were supposed to be getting.
