Best bang for my buck

Currently have a pc built several years ago.

Msi x470 gaming plus

R5 2600

Rx580

16gb ram

Thinking about picking up the PNY 5060ti 8gb for $350 and r7 5800xt for $190, that are currently on prime day deals.

I dont have the justification for a whole new build since I dont game as much as I used to. Am I wasting money on a machine that sees occasional fps gaming and a lot of web scrolling?
