Stray cat with kittens 210 Hamilton St, Cambridgeport

The other night I saw a stray medium coat grey tabby carrying a kitten across the street in front of 210 Hamilton St. The building is supposed to be demolished very soon, and I am concerned she may have been moving her kittens into the lot. Has anyone else seen this mama cat or know if she is safe? Any suggestions on which city agency would inspect the premises before demolition?
