Three separate first-down receptions and a touchdown suggest Travis naturally trusts the rookie Michigan receiver.

This connection is worth monitoring throughout camp.

\---

Travis operated the offense efficiently

No interceptions.

No sacks.

No panic moments.

He consistently moved the chains and got the offense into scoring position.

For a rookie working against a defense loaded with young talent, that's a positive first outing.

Raiders Defense Still Won Plenty of Reps

The defense wasn't just standing around watching.

Dennis Allen's Dilemma

The quarterback competition may have become more interesting today.

Tyler Wilson scored 7 points.

Jordan Travis scored 10.

That's not enough to crown a starter, but it's enough to force the coaching staff to keep looking.

The biggest thing Travis showed wasn't arm talent or athleticism.

It was command.

The offense looked comfortable with him in the huddle, and he consistently put the team in position to succeed.
