2015 HP4 engine swap with 2017 S1000rr

I have a complicated situation where I am looking at buying two bikes, one crash damaged and one water damaged. Long story short, does anyone know if the engines and frames are the same in terms of mounting points? I would be trying to put the 2017 engine into the 2015 hp4 frame.
