Kenwood titanium baker XL or something else?

Hello, I’m looking for recommendations for a new mixer. I’m inheriting a little money and I would like to treat myself to a new mixer as the one I have is extremely loud and sounds like it’s struggling.

I was originally going to go for a kitchen aid but have heard that they are style over substance. My next option was going to be the Kenwood titanium chef XL but I’m seeing mixed reviews for the amount I would be paying.

What would you recommend? I don’t really want to spend more than £500. I mainly use a mixer for cakes and bakes. I do make bread but usually do this by hand rather than with a mixer.

I like that the Kenwood has a scales built in. I also like that it has all metal appliances and comes with a lid.
