Ironchad - loading vehicles and ships

o7 Citizens,
I was wondering what the most convenient way is to load larger ships with vehicles and smaller ships before heading out on missions. What methods or setups have you found work best?
Also, what's your favorite loadout for the Ironchad? I'm currently thinking of running a Golem, a Salvation, and an Ursa MED, but I'd love to hear what combinations everyone else is using.
