There's something I don't understand.

First of all, thanks for taking the time to read this.

I'll try to keep it short and straightforward. How is it possible that, despite being MVP in a large portion of my matches, flexing to tank whenever nobody else wants to play tank (I'm a support main, but I can play tank quite well and often end up MVP there too), I started the season with around a 75% win rate and climbed to Celestial without any issues, only for my win rate to suddenly drop below 40% after reaching Celestial?

Ever since I got there, all I seem to do is lose games. I keep getting matched with people who throw games, don't know how to play their role, refuse to switch characters, or won't play anything other than their main role or main character. It's the same thing game after game. I'll win 2–4 matches, then immediately go on a streak of 6–7 losses.

I've been playing this game since release, and I've never experienced anything as chaotic as this season. It's honestly unbelievable.

And that's without even getting into the increasing toxicity and the number of players with obvious behavioral issues, but that's a separate discussion.

In short, I genuinely don't understand what's happening, but I feel like the internal MMR system should be working better than this.
