Has anyone tried BeFreed? How is the content quality?

I’ve been looking for a learning app I can use during those random 10 to 20 minute breaks instead of just scrolling Instagram. I tried Blinkist and Headway before, and I was even on a yearly Blinkist subscription for a while.

Problem: The idea was nice, but over time the content started to feel really shallow to me. A lot of summaries felt like the same few productivity points repeated again and again, and I honestly could not use it for more than 2 weeks. So the yearly subscription ended up feeling like a waste of money.

I’m trying BeFreed now and I actually really like the idea so far. It does not feel like just another book summary app. I like that it can build personalized learning around what you want to improve, and synthesize different knowledge sources in a more fun audio style. The content I’ve tried in the free trial feels pretty good so far, but I have not had enough time to fully explore all the learning styles yet.

tldr Has anyone used BeFreed for a while? How is the content quality after the first few days? Do the different learning styles actually help you build a daily learning habit more effortlessly, or does it start to feel shallow/repetitive like Blinkist and Headway?
