Genuine question.

There are hundreds of hiring tools out there, yet I constantly hear recruiters and hiring managers say they're still frustrated with the hiring process.

My assumption is that most platforms are built for scale, automation, and investors.

But if you're a recruiter, agency owner, HR manager, or business owner:

What is the one thing you wish your hiring software did better?

I'm asking because we're building a small hiring platform called Cultivate.

The reality is we're tiny and just starting compared to the major players, which means we can do something they can't: **GIVE INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION.**

Instead of trying to push everyone into the same workflow, we're working directly with our users and helping them solve their specific hiring challenges.

No enterprise contracts.
No "submit a ticket and wait 3 days."
No getting lost as customer #47,382.

Just real people helping businesses hire better.

I'd love to hear:

• What's your biggest hiring headache right now?
• What software are you currently using?
• What do you wish existed but doesn't?

We're still small enough that user feedback genuinely shapes what we build next.

Do recruiters actually want another hiring platform?
