Mouse recommendation

Hello,

I'm looking for a small mouse. I currently have a Razer Cobra, and that's the form factor I like. I don't want the mouse to be Razer, because my last two Razer mice broke withing an year(my current one developed the most disgusting scroller skipping and the first stopped responding to left clicks).
The only other requirement I have is the mouse to have the small button below the scroller and the two side buttons on the left, since I'm really used to this setup.
My budget is 50-100bucks.
