[TOMT] [Song] French pop song from late 2000s

In 2010 or 2011, my French teacher played a pop song in class that I loved and I’d listen to from time to time at home. Unfortunately I don’t remember much, but hopefully it’s enough for someone else!

• Female soloist. Vocals were not belting style at all here, more reserved, more Britney than Ariana. I believe she was a white woman with dark hair and bangs. Most likely in her 20s, definitely not 30s but possibly late teens.
• Probably came out a year or two before I heard it, so maybe 2008-2010 as a time range
• Electronic music in line with pop for the time period, very reminiscent of 2nd gen Kpop that I was also into. Might be some use of autotune
• The only scene I remember from the music video is a scene that was dark with the singer in front of multiple people flashing cameras like paparazzi. The song title might be related to this scene
• I think “Le monde” is somewhere in the chorus, but I don’t remember for sure
