Traveling necessities

I’m going to be traveling for a few days with my family and I’m looking for recs on items you absolutely never leave the house without. Lately my pain has been SO incredibly bad to the point of no sleep but I don’t have an appointment until next week so I’m hoping to at least make this trip as comfortable as possible. We’re going to a beach town so it’ll be hot and sunny (which is fun but also not lol)
