First time cancelling for torrential weather and traffic
I took a 2p-530p route from the Hampton VA depot and was given a route to VA beach .. (I'll post about that in particular for the previous post I made and the rage baiters who tried to tell me I was crazy when I can't/dont finish a route on or before the time allotted)
Anywho the first leg of the drive to the facility ( from Williamsburg to Hampton) was fucking scary ...got through that...hit a fairly decent dry patch...made it to the facility....got my shitty ass route with the first stop being 47 minutes away(during rush hour near the hr y tunnel and 64 east-also I took screen recordings of that to prove to the rage baiters how it was gridlock traffic)
I finally get into VA beach and the thunder/lightening were pure insanity ...I can handle that kinda weather since I came FROM PA and the weather there can get crazy. But to have to do a 32 stop route...torrential rain....lightening every couple minutes and the roads a hot mess express I decided to call CS and tell them i don't feel safe( mind you I didn't get anywhere near the first stop until 2 hours after the route started ...got me a screenshot of that as well)
I asked cs several times will this count against me yadda yadda....even with bad weather. They said just take a photo of the weather and send it to CS.
Am I taking a screenshot of the weather alerts from my phone or did they want an actual photo of the weather from my car....sounds like an assanine question bit with flex you can never tell or get the gods honest truth from them. I don't even think the cs rep made any notation on my account that I made the call.
I'm going to send everything I can to CS but I just have a feeling they will find a way to twist shit up
Hoping anyone on the same area is staying safe out on the roads. Now for my 2 hour haul back home😵🤯☠️😭
