Help with RAM

So this is kinda hard to explain because I’m not familiar with a lot of PC stuff.

About a year ago I bought 32 gigs of DDR4 3200

I have been researching PCs and have been learning more about the software etc. I opened my task manager to find I have been running my memory sticks at 2133 instead of 3200.

I have no idea why, I tried replacing the sticks, I tried updating my bios as well as going into configure my bios with no luck.

The RAM kit is Corsair vengeance, my PC is a HP M01-F3214
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 5300G (4 cores, 8 threads, up to 4.2 GHz)
Motherboard: HP 8AB6 (OEM HP motherboard)

Can anyone tell me if I’m missing something or is my RAM just not compatible with my motherboard?
