Took pcmb, studying for JEE but confused and regretting

94% in 10th boards this year, took pcmb cause i love math but hate bio, bs surgery dekhne mein interesting lagti thi isliye leliya, Haven't been able to study even a single chapter of bio yet, but making progress in pcm, Should i drop bio entirely?
Confused kyuki thora bhot interest hi hai bio mein and i love maths isliye JEE, but engineering feels so much like a dead-end to me since i have zero interest in coding, mechanics etc etc computer related stuff, MBBS was my aim 9-10th but bio is 🫩🫩, Idk what to do anymore js want honest opinions.
