Arsenal memberships

Hi everyone,
I’ve been an Arsenal Red Member for around 4 years, and I think I might be getting close to the Silver Membership waiting list, but I’m not fully sure how the process works.
For anyone who has been upgraded from Red to Silver before, how did Arsenal let you know? Do they send an email, and if so, around what time of the year does it usually happen?
Also, is there any way to check your position on the Silver waiting list, or do you just have to wait until they contact you?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
