i need help with my apple account

i will try to keep short, but my apple account use a old phone number i dont have acces and my iphone is broken i cant charge it anymore, i click to try and connect myself to my account on my pc but it ask for my phone number (its like the old one i dont have acces) my question is can i use a another phone number to get the code apple send me to connect my self to my apple account? i need urgent help cuz i have suscription that i dont use anymore that keep charging each month, thank you for help
