My gaming laptop just randomly Start overheating?

It will literally be doing nothing and then all of a sudden it jumped to 90 temps on the CPU.

I Checked task manager, there's nothing ,I have no windows open. It's just sitting there overheating, for no reason. How do I see what is causing this?
