CRA Survey

Won’t name the CRO but these ppl have us sending our sites CRA Surveys with our FUL. Went over the questions and it’s basically asking if you think the CRA did well during the visit and how long we were there. Why would this be important to our work. Yes building good rapport with our sites is important but sending our surveys we can’t even see… ?! A ploy and another reason to justify why you won’t give a raise or promotion. I’m leaving this CRO soon anyways but wow… so over it.
