Enough space to hook up stacked washer and dryer?

I'm not sure if this is the right community for this but here we go.

I'm putting my washer and dryer in the basement and there's barely enough room. But is there enough clearance for installation and operation? I'm using the specs provided by the manufacturer (LG).

Height: there's a 1.2 inch gap of space between the top of the units and the lowest point of the floor joists.

Width: the units can barely fit between some hot/cold water pipes on the left and drain pipes on the right. 1.25 inches of total clearance.

I could probably have the plumber move one of those pipes over but I'm really concerned if the installers will have a problem stacking the units. If worse comes to worse I'll just sit them side by side and shop for a top loader.
